This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy and design quality for the Foundation pillar, focusing on trial and activation flows
- Uphold high UX standards across the Foundation pillar's deliverables and experiences
- Manage and oversee UX design capacity planning to maintain project visibility and timelines
- Collaborate closely in the Foundation triad to influence product direction with user insights and design evidence
- Advocate for user feedback and involvement in product roadmap discussions before commitments are made
- Mentor and provide actionable feedback to a team of 5-7 UX designers, fostering a culture of critique
- Coordinate cross-pillar design efforts to streamline experiences across Foundation and other related areas
Qualifications
- 10-12+ years of experience in product design or related fields with a focus on user outcomes
- Proven management of a UX team, fostering growth and development among direct reports
- Experience as a key participant in product triads, contributing to roadmap decisions collaboratively
- Established history of enforcing a high-quality standard in design work over time
- Domain expertise in developer tools or B2B SaaS, with a strong understanding of an engineering user base
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design strategy and advocating for user needs
Pay
$204,500 – $281,100 annually
