Director, US & Canada Enterprise and Data Center Field Services

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, US & Canada Enterprise and Data Center Field Services to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will oversee field services operations across the US and Canada, with a strong focus on service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational discipline. The Director will lead a geographically dispersed organization, partner closely with internal support teams, and strengthen executive relationships with strategic customers. Success in this role will be measured by improved productivity, cost efficiency, quality, and the consistent resolution of critical operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise and data center field services operations across the US and Canada
• Drive attainment of operational and client satisfaction commitments
• Lead resolution of critical customer and operational escalations
• Own regional operational performance metrics and productivity
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and service outcomes
• Lead a geographically dispersed workforce and ensure effective resource allocation
• Establish executive-level relationships with strategic customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
• 12+ years leading field services, managed services, or data center operations
• 7+ years of progressive leadership managing large, dispersed service delivery organizations
• Proven accountability for financial performance and customer satisfaction
• Experience managing both employees and subcontractors in service delivery
