Director, Data Center Field Service

About the role

The Director, Data Center Field Services – AI Infrastructure leads service delivery for Dell’s most complex and high-profile AI infrastructure environments. This role is designed to flex across Dell’s largest customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Drives the field services operating model across large-scale customer accounts, ensuring deployment readiness, steady-state operational excellence, high availability, and strong customer outcomes.
• Works across a matrixed service ecosystem, partnering with Field Service Managers, Designated Service Engineers, Domain Engineers, Client Delivery Executives, and cross-functional Dell teams to improve service responsiveness, shorten turnaround time, sustain maximum uptime, and maintain strong operational performance.
