Director, US Business Analytics

About the role

The Director, US Business Analytics serves as a strategic analytics advisor to the US Marketing Leadership Team, influencing portfolio, investment, and growth decisions through data-driven recommendations. Accountable for defining analytics priorities and operating plans across the HAE and Immunoglobulin portfolio to support commercial strategy and business performance objectives. Lead and develop innovative business analytics tools to analyze and advise on complex business problems and issues across CSL (Behring & Vifor) with a focus on the HAE and Ig US portfolio of products contributing more than $5B in annual revenue. Operate as a business partner to US VP Marketing and the US Marketing leadership team by leading and owning the provision of analysis to provide quantitative market, competitor and brand insights. Manage team responsible for all business analytics in support of CSL inline portfolio products with a focus on the HAE and Ig and late-stage pre-launch development products. Drive innovation in business analytics deployment, data science and actionable insights. Contribute to portfolio and brand strategy development through metrics, KPI dashboards and performance indicators.
