Qualifications
- 10+ years leading software engineering and delivery organizations in credit, financial services, or decisioning environments
- Experience in modern development practices and in guiding teams through organizational and technical changes: new frameworks, automation, quality standards, development practices, and technologies
- Proficiency with enterprise decision engine software such as Experian PowerCurve, Equifax InterConnect, or comparable platforms, and with integrated business logic
- Proficiency with enterprise data and analytics tools such as SQL Server, Databricks, CosmosDB, and REST API architecture, JSON/XML data structures, and modern integration patterns at enterprise scale
- Azure experience a plus
- Experience designing end-to-end observability and analytics pipelines that surface actionable, real-time performance insights
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and the ability to maintain full audit trails of automated decisions
- Solid collaboration and communication skills, a focus on building strong relationships, and a desire to foster an environment of mutual support and success
