Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the UI development strategy for Nasdaq's Generative AI products, ensuring alignment with broader engineering and business objectives.
- Inspire, develop, and empower a team of UI engineers to deliver responsive, accessible, and high-performance web and mobile experiences.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design leadership to align on architecture, API integration strategy, and delivery roadmaps.
- Champion engineering excellence by establishing standards for code quality, testing, and scalable development practices.
- Drive application performance, reliability, and scalability across web and mobile platforms.
- Contribute to cross-functional roadmap planning and the broader technology strategy for the Generative AI organization.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience in UI or front-end engineering, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing development teams.
- Demonstrated success in setting technical vision and delivering complex, production-grade web and mobile applications.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and design functions at a senior level.
- Deep expertise in modern front-end development, including component-based frameworks and TypeScript-based ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage delivery timelines, balance competing priorities, and drive outcomes in complex, matrixed environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders globally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Computer Science) or equivalent senior leadership training.
- Experience in financial technology, capital markets, or other regulated, high-availability environments.
- Familiarity with emerging AI/ML technologies and their application in consumer-facing digital products.
Potential Work Location
This position can be located in Atlanta or Denver, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change).

- The base pay range for this role is $124,000 - $229,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
- Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
