Director, Treasury Technology & Infrastructure

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement connectivity between ERPs, Treasury systems, and banking partners
• Configure, test, and ensure reliable payment flows across platforms and systems
• Oversee and ensure successful bank file transmissions and data ingestions
• Document system architecture and operational procedures in detail
• Develop and maintain Treasury payment rails and implement new payment capabilities
• Establish governance over bank accounts and maintain accurate data across systems
• Support the development of Treasury risk frameworks and ensure compliance across processes

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Technology, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
• Technical expertise in Kyriba Treasury Management System, SWIFT, and banking connectivity methods
• Experience with Treasury Cash Management and various payment technologies
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
