This role will work a hybrid schedule in our Columbus, Ohio office and report to the Senior Vice President, Treasury.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $121,868.00 - $194,990.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits. Pay is determined based on location, education, experience, and other job-related factors within the stated range.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Manage the treasury services unit and a team of billing specialists.
- Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity activities, including cash forecasting, bank account monitoring, and short-term funding requirements.
- Oversee the accurate processing and application of customer payments received through ACH, wire, lockbox, and check transactions.
- Lead collection efforts on aged and complex receivable accounts to improve cash flow and reduce delinquency levels.
- Manage relationships with outsourced collection agencies and vendors, including performance monitoring, service-level oversight, compliance reviews, and recovery reporting.
- Analyze collection results, aging trends, and recovery metrics, providing recommendations to improve collection effectiveness and reduce bad debt exposure.
- Serve as a liaison between Treasury, Accounting, Billing, and business units to resolve payment disputes and collection issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhanced controls across treasury operations and collections activities.
- Support banking initiatives, treasury projects, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (required).
- Certified Public Accountant (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, accounting, collections, accounts receivable, or banking operations.
- 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
- Strong knowledge of liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking services, and collection practices.
- Experience managing third-party collection vendors or outsourced service providers (preferred).
- Advanced analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with treasury workstations, banking platforms, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
