Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives for tech innovation and digital transformation
- Partner with teams to scale a comprehensive business intelligence dashboard infrastructure
- Oversee cost, schedule, and performance of assigned transformation initiatives
- Build strong partnerships across multiple departments to streamline vendor management
- Act as a change agent to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new processes
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent; mentor and provide direction to team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology transformation and change management
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence platforms and data analytics tools
- Experience managing complex cross-functional portfolios, like QTC modernizations
- Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills, adept at clarifying ambiguity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams
- Proven experience in mentoring and developing professional teams
