Director, Transformation & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives for tech innovation and digital transformation
• Partner with teams to scale a comprehensive business intelligence dashboard infrastructure
• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance of assigned transformation initiatives
• Build strong partnerships across multiple departments to streamline vendor management
• Act as a change agent to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new processes
• Attract, retain, and develop top talent; mentor and provide direction to team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technology transformation and change management
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence platforms and data analytics tools
• Experience managing complex cross-functional portfolios, like QTC modernizations
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills, adept at clarifying ambiguity
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams
• Proven experience in mentoring and developing professional teams
