About the Role

This role leads and supports complex loan servicing initiatives, reviewing, analyzing, and processing loan transactions while ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and loan agreements. The position requires strong loan servicing expertise, a focus on process improvement and risk mitigation, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support complex Transactions and Processing initiatives, contributing to strategic planning and key deliverables.
  • Review and analyze business, operational, and technical issues, providing recommendations to improve processes and controls.
  • Review, approve, and process complex loan intake and money movement transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and loan agreements.
  • Partner with stakeholders, internal teams, and customers to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead projects, mentor team members, and support training and procedural documentation efforts.
  • Monitor audit exceptions, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to strengthen controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and industry familiarity.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting the needs of both internal and external clients accurately.
  • Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting.
  • Organizational and administrative skills.
  • Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for professional documentation and communication.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
