Director, Telecom & Digital Infrastructure

About the role

A&M CPI is expanding its Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry group. We are seeking experienced consultants and operators with deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set clear direction and establish clear expectations for project teams
• Decompose complex issues and architect deliverables against project scope
• Ensure deliverables are complete, error-free, communicated clearly, and on time
• Rapidly develop understanding of client’s business
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
• Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Promote a positive and inclusive team environment
• Coach and mentor team members

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant industry and consulting experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Outcome-oriented and entrepreneurial approach
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, high emotional intelligence
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to exercise mature judgment and address strategic issues tactically
• Comfortable with travel
