About the role
A&M CPI is expanding its Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry group to serve clients in this space. We are seeking experienced consultants and operators with deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to develop and execute strategies.
Responsibilities
- Leads teams on complex projects by setting clear direction, establishing clear expectations, ensuring quality of client/project team deliverables, and developing actionable strategies.
- Deconstructs complex issues, frames solution design, and architects deliverables against Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.
- Ensures deliverables are complete, error-free, communicated clearly, and delivered on time.
- Rapidly develops understanding of client’s business, anticipates, assesses, and identifies potential risks and issues, and develops mitigation plans.
- Seeks out current client needs that may lead to new opportunities for A&M.
- Promotes a positive and inclusive team environment that embraces the unique attributes of all team members.
- Coaches others to act and deliver in the best interests of our clients.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of relevant industry and consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Outcome-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal/team skills, high emotional intelligence.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Comfortable with travel.
Benefits
The salary range is $150,000 - $225,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. For more information, please ask your recruiter.
