We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: Who We Are (maybe not needed?), The Role (maybe we can treat as About the role?), Key Responsibilities, Pursuit Leadership..., Cross-Functional Team Leadership..., Who You Are (maybe Qualifications?), Required Skills And Experience, Preferred Skills And Experience, Benefits? There's mention of compensation range, bonus program, benefits package. Also location: remote role aligned to Boulder, Colorado, with 50% to 70% client-facing travel. That's schedule? Actually travel percentage. Could be Schedule? Not exactly. But we can include a Schedule section if travel % is given. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include Pay (compensation range) and Benefits (benefits package). Schedule maybe not explicit schedule like full-time/part-time; they mention remote role, travel 50-70% - that's more about travel, not schedule. Could treat as Schedule? Might be okay but they said never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. They do state compensation range and benefits package, so Pay and Benefits sections are valid. Schedule? They didn't state work hours, just remote role and travel. Not a schedule like "full-time" etc. Might skip Schedule. We need headings:

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use those exact headings? They gave examples; we can use those headings where appropriate. We need to map content. We have: - About the role: could be "The Role" section describing Kyndryl Consult etc. Use

About the role

then paragraphs. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities (multiple bullet points). Use

Responsibilities

then
  • ... each bullet. - Requirements: Could be Required Skills And Experience (maybe also Who You Are?). They said Requirements heading. We'll put Required Skills And Experience under Requirements. - Qualifications: Could be Who You Are (desired traits) maybe Qualifications. Or we could split: Qualifications for education etc. But we have Bachelor's degree etc in Required Skills. Preferred Skills separate. Better: Use Requirements for required skills/experience, Qualifications for education/degrees? But they said we can use those headings if content exists. We'll include both. - Skills: maybe we can combine required and preferred? But we already have Requirements and Preferred? They didn't list Preferred as a heading example but we could still use Skills? They gave Skills as example heading. Could use Skills for both required and preferred? Might be confusing. Simplify: Use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation etc. Also remove vaccination policy? That's maybe not boilerplate but it's about COVID; could be considered boilerplate? It's specific to Kyndryl policy but maybe not essential? It's not about role. Probably remove. Also remove "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Remove "Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis." etc. Remove "Being You Diversity..." etc. Remove "What You Can Expect..." maybe that's benefits? Actually that section includes benefits and learning programs; we might keep some of that as Benefits. But we need to avoid fluff. We need to capture: - Who We Are: description of Kyndryl (maybe not needed for role). Could be omitted as not role-specific. But we could include as About the role? Probably not needed. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". It doesn't forbid including Who We Are. But we might keep it as part of About the role? However they said "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So we can have About the role section. That could incorporate the Who We Are and The Role description. Thus About the role: combine Who We Are and The Role description (Kyndryl Consult etc). We'll write a paragraph summarizing. Responsibilities: list from Key Responsibilities (multiple bullet points). We'll need to break into bullet items. Requirements: Required Skills And Experience (list). We'll bullet each requirement. Qualifications: Who You Are (traits) plus Bachelor's degree etc? Actually Bachelor's degree is in Required Skills. So Qualifications could be the personal traits: accomplished cloud solution architect, trusted advisor, etc. We'll bullet those. Skills: maybe not needed if we already have Requirements and Qualifications. But we could include Preferred Skills And Experience under Skills? But they said Skills heading example. Could use Skills for preferred skills. However we already have Requirements for required. We'll add Skills for preferred. Benefits: mention comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave, paid time off) plus discretionary annual bonus program, possibly sales commission plan. Also learning programs, volunteering platform. We'll capture. Pay: compensation range: $179,760 to $341,520 based on full-time schedule, plus location-specific ranges. We'll include that. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include headings with empty content. Now produce HTML fragment only. Let's craft. Structure:
