Director, Technical Program Management & Engineering Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Americas-based FSEE TPM team to foster ownership and collaboration
• Establish operating models and reporting mechanisms for cross-functional program transparency
• Partner with leaders to drive successful execution of strategic initiatives across FSEE
• Collaborate with EMEA TPM leadership to ensure consistent practices region-wide
• Develop talent and create succession plans within the TPM organization
• Drive operational excellence through metrics and KPI visibility for leadership
• Surface organizational risks and develop action plans to address execution gaps

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading complex technical programs within software-related engineering organizations
• 5+ years of experience managing Technical Program Managers or similar teams
• Proven track record of influencing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills for building and developing high-performing teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, particularly with executives
• Experience in annual planning, organizational operations, and executive reviews
• Solid understanding of engineering processes and software development lifecycles

Pay

$279,000 – $418,400 annually
