Director, Technical Business Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Technical Business Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead operational governance and cross-functional execution within a complex retirement and wealth environment. The director will help strengthen risk oversight, improve program discipline, and ensure leadership has the reporting and metrics needed to drive accountability. The position partners closely with operations, risk, audit, and regulatory stakeholders to support strong governance and execution across critical initiatives.
