About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Manage multiple interactions simultaneously, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Train and support new team members as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
