About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Tech Recruiting to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will own the technical recruiting strategy for a fast-paced, innovation-driven organization, with a focus on attracting exceptional AI and technology talent. The role will partner closely with senior executives and hiring leaders to shape talent acquisition priorities, strengthen hiring processes, and improve the candidate experience. A strong emphasis will also be placed on leveraging data, leading teams, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across recruiting practices. Location: McLean, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to create impactful talent acquisition strategies
• Lead talent teams to attract top AI and technical talent
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve hiring processes
• Drive initiatives that enhance candidate experience
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring strategies

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or recruiting
• 7+ years in a consultative role
• 7+ years leading teams
• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience preferred
• 10+ years in HR strategy or Talent Acquisition leadership preferred

Pay

$206,000 – $235,100 annually
