About the role
As Director Tax Reporting, you will:
- Own and oversee the global quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740.
- Collaborate with all departments, Global Functions, markets and regions.
- Create a culture of excellence in execution that recognizes and rewards high performance.

- Global Tax Accounting & Reporting (ASC 740)
- Systems, Data & Process Ownership (SAP)
- Governance, Controls & Risk Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Leadership & Capability Building
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Deep hands-on expertise in US GAAP, specifically ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes.
- Internationally recognized accounting and tax designation (CPA or equivalent).
- Experience in the consolidation of a multi-national, multi-currency group of companies under US GAAP.
- Knowledge and experience of internal control standards required under COSO and Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Knowledge and experience in managing various tax related aspects of a company’s trading structure.
- Strong analytic skills: able to link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment to achieve results.
- Knowledge or experience in a consumer products company would be an advantage.
- Experience in compilation of financial statements would be an advantage.
- Strong IT skills: strong Microsoft Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e., pivot tables, INDEX, IFDATA, VLOOKUP, and Macros), experience extracting and analyzing information from financial systems/applications (e.g., TM1, COGNOS Controller, SAP, STC, etc.), tax reporting tooling solutions.
