A&M CPI’s Talent, Organization & People (TOP) team is experiencing significant growth in various locations. We are seeking individuals at the Director level to join our team to deliver large, complex, and transformational client engagements. Responsibilities
Leads client work across the full organizational effectiveness spectrum, including operating model and org design, culture and performance, and change adoption initiatives
Effectively leads project team to deliver project objectives
Scopes and defines overall problem statement, solution and deliverables
Viewed as trusted business partner by client and firm senior leaders
Rapidly develops understanding of client’s overall business and how deliverables impact business results
Decomposes complex issues, frames solution designs, and architects deliverables against SOW requirements
Actively seeks to find client’s needs that may lead to new opportunities for A&M; uses personal network to discuss business opportunities
Supports the navigation and implementation of organizational change knowing the client’s needs, and delivering solutions that meet them where they are
Creates a positive and inclusive team environment by effectively managing up and down the team
Takes an active mentorship role within the practice
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience; energy industry experience a preference

- Critically deciphers when to handle items independently or escalate to appropriate individuals
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen of various industries and market dynamics
- Possesses a track record of leading and managing complex client engagements
- Communicates confidently to executives in written and verbal formats
- Possesses strong interpersonal and team leading skills
- Has working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Exercises mature judgment
- Able to address strategic issues and act tactically understanding cross-functional requirements
- Comfortable with travel
