We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- About the role: The paragraph after "We’re looking for an exceptional Director, Talent Analytics & Workforce Insights to join our Talent Attraction & Development team in Richmond, VA. This position is in Richmond, VA with a hybrid work schedule. Relocation benefits will be provided." Also earlier sentences about passion etc. Could be considered about the role. We'll include a short paragraph summarizing.
- Responsibilities: The bullet list after "What you’ll be doing:" includes many items. We'll put each as .
- Requirements: The list after "We Want you to have:" includes bullet points (some are sentences). We'll treat as requirements.
- Qualifications: Might overlap with requirements; but we can separate: Education (Bachelor's required; Master's preferred) as qualifications. Experience etc as requirements. But we can combine? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Skills maybe part of requirements. But we can include Skills separate if there is specific list of skills (statistical methods, AI, tools). The posting includes many skill-like items. Could create Skills section.
But we must not create sections with filler. We need actual content.
Let's extract:
About the role: "We’re looking for an exceptional Director, Talent Analytics & Workforce Insights to join our Talent Attraction & Development team in Richmond, VA. Do you enjoy transforming workforce data into insights that shape smarter talent decisions? Are you energized by connecting people data to business strategy and the employee experience? As a People Leader at Altria, you are accountable for both results and the experience of your team... This is more about culture; could be part of requirements or separate but we can include as part of requirements.
Skills: maybe we can separate statistical methods, AI, tools, etc. But many are already in requirements. To avoid thin sections, we could combine Requirements and Skills into one "Requirements" section that includes education, experience, skills. That's acceptable.

We should not duplicate schedule info in both Benefits and Schedule; but we can include schedule in Schedule section, and benefits section includes other benefits (PTO, holidays, 401k, etc). The hybrid schedule is also a benefit but we can place it under Schedule.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
Now produce HTML:
.
Now Benefits list: include the items from "Why You’ll Love Building Your Career at Altria" plus relocation benefits maybe already mentioned but we can include relocation benefits under Benefits as well.
Let's list:
- Work where connection and flexibility meet — enjoy the benefits of in-person collaboration three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday), while maintaining the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Note: The first bullet includes hybrid schedule; but we also have Schedule section. Might be duplication but okay. Could remove from Benefits to avoid duplication. But the instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having duplication may be okay but better to avoid repeating same info. We'll keep hybrid schedule only in Schedule section, and remove from Benefits. So Benefits list excludes that first bullet.
