How Will You Make An Impact & Requirements

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations

  • Partner with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy and operating model.

  • Lead strategic initiatives that improve recruiting effectiveness, scalability, and operational excellence.

  • Standardize recruiting processes, governance, and best practices across the organization.

  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, and process optimization.

Technology & Systems

  • Serve as the business owner for Workday Recruiting and related Talent Acquisition technologies.

  • Lead system enhancements, integrations, reporting capabilities, and technology implementations in partnership with HRIS and IT.

  • Evaluate and implement innovative recruiting technologies that improve efficiency and user experience.

Analytics & Workforce Intelligence

  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting to measure recruiting performance, including time-to-fill, recruiter productivity, pipeline health, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, agency utilization, diversity metrics, and other key performance indicators.

  • Provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations that support workforce planning and executive decision-making.

Recruitment Marketing & Strategic Initiatives

  • Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer branding, recruitment marketing, career site strategy, social recruiting, and recruitment campaigns.

  • Lead strategic workforce initiatives including workforce planning support, succession planning partnerships, executive and provider recruiting operations, referral programs, vendor management, and recruitment process improvements.

Leadership

  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Operations team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure an exceptional recruiting experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or HR Operations experience, including leadership experience.

  • Experience leading Talent Acquisition strategy, operations, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • Strong expertise with Workday Recruiting, recruitment technology, analytics, and process improvement.

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior leaders.

  • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.

Compensation Range

$124,681.00 to $187,022.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
