The role
The Director, Talent Acquisition will lead recruiting across all geographies and functions.
Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of high-performing recruiting managers and individual contributors across all functions (e.g., G&A, GTM, Technical)
- Run a performance and data-driven recruiting team - drive pipeline, hold the team accountable to metrics, and move with extreme urgency
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align recruiting strategy with business priorities. Oversee the recruiting lifecycle for executive-level positions internally and with external search partners, when needed
- Build an AI-driven recruiting function
- Build playbooks and processes that allow our recruiting function to scale
- Get in the weeds - source candidates directly, own reqs when needed, and stay close to the work
- Employer branding - build an employer brand that attracts the right talent
Requirements
- 7+ years recruiting experience, including experience leading leaders and building high-performing teams
- Experience at a SaaS company of meaningful scale
- Sales team mentality - you run recruiting like a revenue org: pipeline reviews, accountability, and hustle
- Data-driven - you run your function off metrics and use numbers to make every decision and coach your team
- First principles thinking - if your instinct is to slow things down, look at best practices, and add unnecessary process, this isn't the right fit
- Extreme urgency - you move fast, expect the same from your team, and don't let pipeline sit
- AI fluency - you are currently using AI to improve recruiting outcomes
Qualifications
- Technical recruiting background - you've hired engineers, product, or other technical roles
- Deep sourcing expertise - you can teach the team how to source effectively and do not just rely on inbounds and brand
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with ATS systems
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Pay
$150,000 - $200,000 annually
