Responsibilities
- Manage and coach talent acquisition teams to enhance performance and engagement
- Create and lead a team of 16 to ensure top-tier talent acquisition processes
- Drive key recruitment metrics to measure team and business success
- Develop strategic recruitment plans aligned with business needs across all locations
- Collaborate with executive leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
- Ensure effective talent acquisition support for high-impact roles across the organization
- Leverage and improve recruiting methods to boost application volume and candidate quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area required; master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ management experience, preferably in a multi-site, decentralized setting
- At least 7 years of recruiting and/or HR experience, with a focus on executive recruitment for at least 2 years
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Affirmative Action Plans and relevant staffing laws required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required

Pay
$115,000 – $183,000 annually
