This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of talent acquisition professionals
- Manage the talent acquisition function for a $500 million business
- Collaborate with operational leaders to align hiring strategies
- Establish an effective talent acquisition team for high-impact roles
- Optimize recruiting strategies to increase application volume
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to guide team efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- 5+ years' management experience preferred
- 7+ years' recruiting/HR experience preferred
- 2+ years sales experience preferred
- 2+ years' high-volume recruitment experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of staffing laws and AAPs required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $115,000 – $183,000 annually
