What You'll Do
- Lead hands-on, high-volume recruiting (~50% of your time) with a strong focus on field technicians and field leaders, plus ownership of corporate roles.
- Partner with operations and finance to align headcount planning and close the gap between hiring targets and hiring capacity.
- Build proactive talent pipelines in every market, including a strong bias toward tapping military talent for technician roles.
- Drive employer-branding and internal programs such as referral bonuses.
- Sit close to the business, with regular exposure to operational leadership.
What You Bring
- Proven trades / blue-collar recruiting experience at volume — this is a must.
- Ability to commute to in-person office in Atlanta.
- Go-getter mentality: aggressive, resourceful, and ready to run through walls to fill roles.
- Corporate recruiting experience as well as field/technical recruiting.
- PE-backed company experience is a strong plus; M&A exposure is a nice-to-have.
Pay
$150-160K base with 10-20% bonus potential.
