Job Responsibilities
- Execute a talent acquisition strategy that supports business growth, transformation and workforce planning.
- Lead the enterprise Talent Acquisition function by successfully staffing the organization with high-quality talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
- Create a compelling and authentic employer value proposition (EVP) that differentiates the organization in competitive markets.
- Accountable for talent acquisition operating models, vendor strategy (RPO, agencies, technology partners), and global governance.
- Employ and integrate data, automation, and AI responsibly to improve hiring outcomes and decision-making.
- Partner with Communications and Marketing to strengthen external brand presence and storytelling.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the design and implementation of effective recruiting programs and methodologies.
- Plan and direct end to end talent acquisition lifecycle, including workforce planning support, recruiting, selection, offer management, and compliance.
- Develop innovative strategies to strengthen the employer brand to attract and engage candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to plan on staffing needs while coaching leaders on their role for successful hiring outcomes.
- Develop recruiting metrics and reports to track performance trends and outcomes from recruiters.
- Manage recruiting vendors and tools.
- Manage a requisition on leadership roles and others as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversees assigned staff. Responsibilities include: recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; assigning workload; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; and coaching, counseling, and performance management.
Job Requirements
- Required: 10+ years of extensive progressive experience in Talent Acquisition. 6+ years successfully managing a team of recruiters.
- PREFERRED: Leading and scaling a talent acquisition function. Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership on recruiting strategies and projects.
- Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Specialized Skills Required: Knowledge of ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, and vendor ecosystems.
- Other Skills Required: Excellent executive communication and presentation skills. Ability to build strong partnerships across HR, Finance, and business leaders. Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
Pay Range
Pay Range: $130,332.00 - $195,498.00 Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc.
