About the role
The Director, Taft-Hartley is a Sales and Relationship Management Professional responsible for building relationships with labor union staff and investment consultants. This position reports to the Head of Institutional.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with labor union staff and investment consultants.
- Manage investment reviews and participate in conferences and events.
- Sell investment strategies from Victory Capital's 11 investment franchises.
- Work in partnership with Consultant Relations team to develop relationships with investment consultants.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with labor unions and other clients.
- Travel weekly for networking, conferences, and consultant coverage.
- Maintain reports to keep management informed of progress.
Requirements
- History working in the labor market or strong desire to work with this client group.
- Versatility and knowledge to market within a multi-franchise investment firm.
- Experience in sales, relationship management, or similar roles.
- A Bachelor's degree (A., B.S.) is required.
- A Series 7 and 63 license or willingness to obtain these licenses.

Pay
The target base salary range for this position is $93,500 - $150,000. Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.
Schedule
Weekly travel for networking, conferences, and consultant coverage.
