Director, Systems Training

Responsibilities

  • Train new employees on Workday modules either in person or via Zoom
  • Run bi-annual regression testing for Workday and update training materials
  • Create training videos for commonly used tasks in Workday
  • Develop quarterly training programs like Lunch 'n Learns for staff
  • Provide refresher training for faculty and staff on Workday usage
  • Aid academic departments with Workday functionalities
  • Maintain an online training program with evaluations to ensure material comprehension

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources Management, business administration, or related field
  • Certification such as CPTM, CID/CDD, CeLS, or similar is required
  • Minimum 5 years of training experience, with 3 years in an academic institution preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday modules, especially Expenses, Suppliers, Time Tracking, Payroll
