Responsibilities
- Train new employees on Workday modules either in person or via Zoom
- Run bi-annual regression testing for Workday and update training materials
- Create training videos for commonly used tasks in Workday
- Develop quarterly training programs like Lunch 'n Learns for staff
- Provide refresher training for faculty and staff on Workday usage
- Aid academic departments with Workday functionalities
- Maintain an online training program with evaluations to ensure material comprehension
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources Management, business administration, or related field
- Certification such as CPTM, CID/CDD, CeLS, or similar is required
- Minimum 5 years of training experience, with 3 years in an academic institution preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Workday modules, especially Expenses, Suppliers, Time Tracking, Payroll
