About the role
The Director, Supply Chain Operations & Governance will lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies that support the efficient and sustainable sourcing of materials and services required for our data center projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and sustainability in sourcing materials and services for data center projects.
- Oversee the procurement process, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to supply chain operations and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex supply chain initiatives and driving operational excellence.
- Experience in managing large-scale supply chains and working with multiple suppliers.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices and regulations related to supply chain operations and governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or similar are preferred.

Pay
- $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
