About the role
Join our operations team for our first US aircraft assembly line in Sarasota, FL. Lead and optimize all end-to-end supply chain activities within an aircraft production environment.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes sourcing strategies for aircraft components and services
- Manages supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance (delivery, quality, cost)
- Ensures compliance with corporate procurement standards and aviation regulations
- Mitigates supply risks through dual sourcing and supplier development
- Oversees inbound/outbound logistics, international shipments, and customs compliance
- Manages warehouse operations (receiving, storage, kitting, material flow)
- Optimizes inventory accuracy, storage, and material handling processes
- Ensures material availability in line with production schedules
- Balances inventory levels, lead times, and cost efficiency
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Quality
- Ledds and develops the supply chain team
- Drives KPI-based performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensures strong cross-functional alignment across the organization
- Ensures compliance with the guidelines and standards defined by the HQ Supply Chain
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's or certifications like APICS/CIPS preferred)
- 7+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Proven leadership experience across procurement, logistics, and warehousing
- Familiar with aviation regulations, export controls, and global supply chains
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - 156,000 per year, depending on experience. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
