About the role
This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop a long-term supplier network strategy supporting the company’s growth and margin goals
- Design and manage the supplier portfolio, ensuring optimal segmentation and risk management
- Lead efforts to consolidate supplier spend while meeting diverse client needs
- Assess supplier gaps and opportunities, sourcing new partners as needed
- Establish a supplier scorecard system to track performance metrics and financial outcomes
- Negotiate commercial terms collaboratively with Finance to enhance supplier agreements
- Translate supplier skills into functional tools and programs for sellers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in supplier management or sourcing, preferably in promotional products or related areas
- 5+ years of experience in team leadership with a focus on developing multi-level teams
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Experience in supplier portfolio consolidation and development of new capabilities
- Knowledge of ESG, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing practices
- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

Pay
$100,000 – $140,000 annually
