Full-time administrative/professional role in the Bitonte College of Dentistry, reporting to the Dean.
About the role
The Director for Student Success supports dental students from admissions through graduation, ensuring compliance with Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) standards and collaborating with centralized university offices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the university’s Senior Executive Director, Strategic Enrollment Initiatives and centralized admissions office on dental student recruitment and admissions, ensuring CODA standards are met.
- Serve as the first point of contact for dental students regarding student services, addressing professionalism concerns and advocating for students in academic and conduct proceedings.
- Oversee career advising, residency application processes, and student promotion to ensure compliance with CODA standards for student services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
- Experience in student services or student affairs within higher education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a dental school or college.
- Experience in predoctoral dental student affairs or services.
- Knowledge of CODA accreditation standards for predoctoral dental education programs.
Physical Requirements
Ability to use a phone, computer, and standard office equipment.

Pay
Starting salary range: $62,167 – $67,000, commensurate with experience.
