Director, Strategy & Transformation

For our client, a leader in the Legal & Accounting space, we are seeking a Director of Strategy & Transformation to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track, bringing clarity to complex work and delivering impactful outcomes.

Location: Philadelphia, PA – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in strategy definition and transformation project delivery
• Utilize finance and operational knowledge to align organizations with strategic goals
• Develop and standardize finance processes and manage compliance
• Define organizational roles and governance mechanisms
• Identify gaps in current state and recommend strategic optimizations
• Manage multiple transformative projects through effective coordination
• Document project requirements, including business cases and implementation plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 12+ years of related experience, ideally in Public Sector, Not for Profit, or Higher Education
• Demonstrated leadership managing senior-level client relationships
• Extensive finance and accounting expertise with a successful optimization track record
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional client service

Pay

$203,900 – $441,780 annually
