About The Team
The New Business Strategy & Operations team is on the frontlines of DoorDash’s growth, helping identify and accelerate new opportunities to scale. We are a team of owners, responsible for taking on and solving critical problems as they arise, and pushing the business forward into new frontiers.
About The Role
You will lead frontier efforts across some of our newest and most ambitious emerging business lines. In this role, you will own end-to-end strategy and operational execution, helping take ideas from our R&D and 0-to-1 teams and scale them across the DoorDash ecosystem. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role and no problem is too big or small to roll up your sleeves and jump into. You will work cross-functionally with R&D, product, finance, marketing, and business development teams to turn ambitious goals into high-impact results. You will report into the VP of New Business Strategy & Operations.
We're Excited About You Because...

- Track record of impact – you’ve been in the trenches and have a proven track record of driving significant, company-wide impact.
- Bias to action and agility – you move quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- No job is beneath you and you lead from the front.
- Clarity of thought – you can articulate a clear vision to cross-functional partners.
- Skilled executive management and communication, especially at managing up and across DoorDash and going toe to toe with our most senior leaders.
- Strong leadership and maturity to build (attract, hire, retain) and scale a world-class organization.
