Responsibilities

- Provide thought leadership and operational support to advance wellness engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years in reward/loyalty program experience within healthcare, financial services, travel, or hospitality
- 5+ years of management experience
- Understanding of incentive economics regarding liability, expense, and ROI
- Strong grasp of customer loyalty metrics and retention strategies
- Experience in utilizing customer insights for strategy development
- Data-driven marketing expertise for driving engagement and loyalty
