Director, Strategic Pricing
About the role
As a strategic lead within the Market Access team, you will drive pricing excellence for Ferring’s product portfolio. This role is critical in navigating the complexities of both Medical (Part B / Buy-and-Bill) and Pharmacy (Part D / Commercial) benefits. You will serve as the analytical engine for the US Pricing Committee, providing data-driven insights necessary to understand product distribution, market access, patient access, and net revenue. The position co-develops pricing options, models, negotiation plans, and contracting strategies in a matrix environment, leading to strategic pricing recommendations aligned with Global and local price guidance and approval processes. The role partners with internal Market Access teams such as Offer Development, Commercial Contracting, Patient Access, Trade, and the Managed Care field team, as well as Business Unit commercial players, Finance, and the US Pricing Committee.
