Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4-5 strategic engagement leads and manage 1-2 accounts
  • Provide real-time support and coaching to direct reports
  • Lead business-relevant functional projects for growth
  • Serve as a consultative advisor for client success
  • Understand the goals and strategies of customers deeply
  • Excel in program management, balancing analysis and execution
  • Influence customer lifetime value through product adoption

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles
  • 4+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • Experienced in strategic program and project management
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex, high-value customer accounts
  • Strategic thinker who can connect cross-customer trends
  • Effective and empathetic communicator, both internally and externally
