Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4-5 strategic engagement leads and manage 1-2 accounts
- Provide real-time support and coaching to direct reports
- Lead business-relevant functional projects for growth
- Serve as a consultative advisor for client success
- Understand the goals and strategies of customers deeply
- Excel in program management, balancing analysis and execution
- Influence customer lifetime value through product adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles
- 4+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Experienced in strategic program and project management
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, high-value customer accounts
- Strategic thinker who can connect cross-customer trends
- Effective and empathetic communicator, both internally and externally
