About the role

As Director, Strategic Engagement within the Life Sciences division, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive innovation and growth across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on key business strategies, ensuring alignment with broader corporate goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market positioning and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to align strategic objectives and ensure successful execution
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and market share gains
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for partnership and collaboration to expand market reach
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to foster long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, business development, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and driving organizational change
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Experience in life sciences or biotechnology industry highly desirable
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, remote work option available
