Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Customer Engagement Officer, providing strategic insights
- Drive planning, execution, and measurement of high-impact strategic initiatives across Customer Engagement
- Lead executive communications and engagement strategies for clear messaging
- Act as a central connector fostering alignment among Customer Engagement, Sales Leadership, and stakeholders
- Oversee executive engagement planning and meeting operations to enhance productivity
- Lead and facilitate complex cross-functional projects, ensuring priorities remain on track
- Partner with sales leadership to identify trends and develop enterprise-level solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution
- 8+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, consulting, or similar structured industries with cross-functional roles
- 2+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects translating strategy into execution
- Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept through execution with measurable outcomes
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across functions and levels
- Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts clearly
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with capability to generate insights
