The Director / Sr. Director, R&D Operations & Technical Program Management role is based in Palo Alto, CA. This position requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience leading R&D operations and technical program management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Extensive knowledge of scientific, biomedical engineering, biotech, medtech, neuroscience, nanotechnology, robotics, materials science, or related fields.
• Experience in managing complex projects and driving innovation within these fields.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new scientific or technical domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
