About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Specialty Clinical Solutions- REMOTE to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will guide specialty clinical strategy for key clients, ensuring medical pharmacy solutions are aligned to business goals and patient needs. The role will partner closely with account management, business development, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen retention, support growth, and improve program performance. The Director will also evaluate emerging therapies, leverage data-driven insights, and identify new opportunities to expand clinical offerings. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$143,000 – $243,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead clinical consultant for assigned clients, providing strategic guidance
• Partner with account management and business development teams to support client retention and growth
• Develop innovative medical pharmacy strategies using data-driven insights
• Evaluate emerging therapies and market trends to enhance clinical outcomes
• Oversee client-facing medical pharmacy programs and utilization management solutions
• Identify opportunities to expand existing programs and recommend new solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate program performance and drive improvements

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree
• 7 years of experience in medical pharmacy or health plan with multiple lines of business
• Current pharmacist license in applicable state(s)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
