Director, Solutions Consulting - Central

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants, focusing on career growth and skill development
• Conduct coaching sessions and provide performance feedback
• Ensure team proficiency in industry use cases and product capabilities
• Partner with sales teams on customer opportunities and strategic deals
• Serve as a solutions advisor on high-priority engagements, guiding SCs on discovery and solution design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and solution strategies
• Support team readiness through training sessions and by sharing best practices

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar presales role in an enterprise software environment
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven record of supporting enterprise deals and delivering valuable customer engagements
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills to develop technical talent
• Experience in complex system design and enterprise architecture fundamentals
• Familiarity with AI concepts, data architecture, APIs, and SaaS technologies
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities

Pay

$161,000 – $269,000 annually
