Director Software Operations

Responsibilities

• Enable and drive Connected Solutions delivery supporting our partners including enabling a Partner Success Model.
• Drive training programs for Partners using Forge Academy Lead and enable Connected Managed Services for our partners.
• Support the BMS Connected Sales organization with developing value propositions for our connected solutions portfolio along with our partners.
• Act as a liaison between the Global Marketing and product development teams, ensuring that local customer needs are addressed in offering development.
• Be responsible for developing processes and tools to improve efficiency and delivery time.
• Drive all necessary activities across his team to achieve the BMS Channel Connected financial commitments.
• Owns of the BMS Partner communication plan and plays a critical role in driving the change globally.
• Be involved in Customer meetings and events to support the BMS Sales teams.

Qualifications

• You Must Have 7 years of business leadership experience in the commercial and institutional buildings market.
• Solid understanding of financials.
• Solid understanding of the IoT revolution, cloud application services, Business Intelligence and Big Data.
