What You Will Bring

  • 10 years+ in Engineering with 6+ years in a significant leadership position.
  • A strong leader who has managed, hired and grown engineering teams of 20+ team members across multiple geographic locations.
  • A strong experience building consumer-facing products, building high-performing web experiences.
  • Experience building highly scalable APIs and Micro-services preferably in AWS.
  • Experience delivering products in an agile environment.

Location

Ideal candidate will be based on Pacific Time as they will be working heavily with the team in China with many collaborative meetings 4 pm - 7 pm PT.

Pay

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our Sales App engineering platform. Sales App business is one of the most important business-lines for eHealth and critical to the future of the company. Sales App engineering drives a large part of eHealth’s revenue.
