About the role

The Role Lead the engineering strategy, execution, and evolution of Integrated Experience Platform capabilities within Asset Management Technology Foundations. Balance people management responsibilities (hiring, mentoring, performance management, talent development) with engineering craftsmanship. Guide teams through complex technical tradeoffs, design reviews, and platform evolution. Partner with engineering, architecture, UX, and product leaders to shape technical direction and influence platform strategy. Innovate, experiment, and evaluate emerging technologies in cloud-native patterns, platform modernization, and AI-enabled development practices.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience leading enterprise integrated experience platforms and owning strategy and execution for web and desktop UI foundations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of design systems and shared UI component libraries, including governance, adoption, and long-term evolution.
  • Deep background in modern UI and desktop experience architecture, including scaling component-driven micro-frontend platforms.
  • Strong experience with desktop interoperability platforms and standards, including FDC3.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Contribute to and reinforce engineering best practices, coding standards, design patterns, and platform guidelines. Support, mentor, and empower engineers to deliver their best work and grow deep expertise. Drive an agile, learning-oriented engineering organization focused on continuous improvement.
