Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic anchor and lead for A&G's Social Media capabilities.
- Own the high-level strategy, client counseling, and growth of your accounts - with a primary focus on organic and paid social strategy, content strategy, and platform expertise.
- Oversee A&G's Creator Relations capabilities, ensuring the two disciplines work in lockstep, while serving as an active driver of agency-wide innovation and industry visibility.
- Sit within A&G's PR practice, bringing an earned-first mindset to organic and paid social strategy.
- Report directly to the SVP, PR Practice Lead.
Requirements
Note that A&G is a hybrid agency, and this role will be expected to collaborate in-person three days a week in our Boston ThirdSpace.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of relevant social media experience - inclusive of both organic and paid strategy, content development, and platform management - across B2C and B2B brands.
- Proven skill, hands-on experience, and continued interest in leading Creator Relations and influencer marketing.
- Deep, current fluency across major social platforms, with a track record of adapting strategy to algorithm and format changes.
- Proven track record of leading successful social media programs that drive measurable business results.
Skills
- Proactive exploration of the evolving social and creator landscape.
- Live "chronically online," staying connected to platforms, culture, trends, and inspiring content.
- Experience in agency land or on the client side in a fast-paced environment, leading multiple projects, lines of business, and growth areas simultaneously.
- Experience synthesizing complex data and trends into clear, persuasive strategy and storytelling.
- Experience in new business pitch rooms and executive meetings and are skilled at presentations - both developing written communications and confidently presenting to clients and senior leadership.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, respecting established processes but excited about new challenges and building something new.
- Love being a people manager and prioritizing coaching and mentorship of junior team members.
