      • Evaluate social-first activations, creators, influencer or affiliate extensions, social search, social commerce, platform betas, and culturally relevant content opportunities.
      • Lead social POVs and recommendations for platform tests, added value, brand lift studies, creative amplification, and retail-connected social opportunities.
      • Translate learnings from tests, campaigns, partner programs, and performance reviews into future planning implications.
  • Performance, Measurement and Learning Agenda
    • Measurement and Optimization
      • Partner with analytics and measurement teams to define social KPIs, learning questions, test structures, reporting needs, and optimization guardrails.
      • Ensure reporting tells a clear performance story, including what changed, what worked, what was optimized, and what is recommended next.
      • Use platform data, audience insights, creative learnings, performance results, and commerce signals to improve future planning.
    • Client Communication and Executive Storytelling
      • Serve as a trusted senior social voice for client stakeholders, clearly communicating recommendations, risks, tradeoffs, and next steps.
      • Develop executive-ready summaries that communicate progress, recommendations, and strategic implications in language clients can act on.
      • Lead or contribute to status updates, performance reviews, partner results reviews, QBR inputs, planning workshops, and client follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of business experience, including 5+ years building, managing, or leading paid social accounts in social marketing, digital media, or interactive advertising.
  • Experience supporting CPG, home care, retail-connected, or multi-brand portfolio work preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the paid social landscape, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, YouTube Shorts, creator amplification, brand lift studies, platform testing, social commerce, and emerging social search behaviors.
  • Strong understanding of how social connects to ecommerce, retail media, creative readiness, audience strategy, reporting, and integrated campaign planning.
  • Polished presentation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
