Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- WHY DEPT®? (company description) Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the role, not company. There's no explicit "About the role" heading but we could treat the WHY DEPT® as "About the company". Not listed as allowed heading but we could still use

However they said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That suggests we should use those headings when appropriate. If we have content that fits "About the role", we can use that. The WHY DEPT® is more about company, not role. Could we put it under "About the role"? Might be okay but not exactly. However we could also omit it if not needed? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the WHY DEPT® description somewhere. Could embed it in a

Then "WHAT YOU’LL DO:" list of duties. That's responsibilities. So Responsibilities

Then "WHAT YOU BRING:" list of qualifications/experience/skills. Could be split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting includes: 8–11 years of experience..., Proven experience..., Deep technical expertise..., Strong commercial acumen..., Exceptional presentation..., A "better together" mindset..., Active involvement... This could be considered Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We could combine into one
Qualifications

Then "WHAT DO WE OFFER?" includes benefits list: Healthcare, Dental, Vision coverage, 401k plan plus matching, PTO, Paid Company Holidays, Parental Leave. That's benefits. So Benefits
with list.
Then salary range: "The anticipated salary range for this position is listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors... US Remote Range $120,000—$145,000 USD". That's pay. So we need a Pay section. According to instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Yes we have salary range. So Pay
with paragraph containing the range.
Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not create Schedule section.
We also need to remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, B Corp, diversity statements, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "DEPT® is a Growth Invention company..." repeated later. Also remove "Learn more about DEPT® DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION" etc. Also remove "We SUPPORT YOU BEING YOU:" etc. Also remove "We are a B Corp-certified company..." etc. Also remove "We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster." repeated later. Also remove "Our hope is that you can feel good about the contributions DEPT® is making to the world..." etc. Also remove "Not sure you meet all qualifications? Apply, and let us decide!" etc. Also remove "Research shows that women..." etc. Also remove "Want to know more about our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion? Check out our efforts here." etc.
We need to preserve substantive information: company description (WHY DEPT®?), role description, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay.
We also need to keep the line "We are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it. Here is a snapshot of our benefits package:" before benefits list. That's part of benefits intro; we can keep as prose before the list.
We also need to keep "We SUPPORT YOU BEING YOU:"? That's EEO/diversity boilerplate; should be removed.
We also need to keep "DEPT® participates in E-Verify..." remove.
We also need to keep "We are a B Corp-certified company..." remove.
We also need to keep "DEPT® is a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster." repeated later; we already have the WHY DEPT® paragraph; we can drop duplicate.
Now produce HTML.

This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we’re flexible. US Remote Range $120,000—$145,000 USD
We should not include any extra sections like Schedule.
Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, diversity, E-Verify, B Corp, etc. Also removed duplicated "DEPT® is a Growth Invention company..." lines.
