Director SeniorCare PACE Operations

Job Summary

The Director, PACE Operations oversees and administers Prisma Health SeniorCare PACE. Responsibilities include effective planning, development, administration, and evaluation of the organization’s operations. This role manages all aspects of the PACE program, including primary care, 24-hour care, prevention services, a provider network, therapeutic services, day health centers, home care, transportation, and performance improvement activities. Ensures compliance with CMS and SC Department of Health and Human Services regulations, maintains financial viability, and manages relationships with contracted providers and regulatory agencies.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

• Directs and/or indirectly supervises team members with final budget authority, hire/termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility, and disciplinary authority.
• Member of management staff at Prisma Health Company or affiliate with direct reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• 5 years experience with 1 year working with the frail or elderly population
• Experience in healthcare with an emphasis on a model of providing managed healthcare
• N/A in lieu of education and experience requirements

Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses

• SC RN License

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Master's Degree preferred
• Progressively responsible experience in health care with geriatric service delivery experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, database)
• Data entry
• Mental skills
