Director / Senior Director of Product Management

Location: Hybrid – Milpitas, CA • Full‑time • 12+ years experience

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Director / Senior Director of Product Management to lead the product direction of our flagship UEM platform. You will be responsible for setting the product vision, prioritizing features, and working across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver a product that delights enterprise customers globally.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the product roadmap aligned with customer needs, company strategy, and emerging industry trends.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners across device platforms and cloud modules.
• Drive product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to ship high-quality features at scale.
• Gather insights from enterprise customers, partners, sales, and support to shape product strategy.
• Own competitive intelligence, product positioning, and go-to-market enablement.
• Balance long-term platform evolution (multi-platform support, cloud scalability) with rapid response to customer/market needs.
• Partner with Compliance and Security teams to ensure the product meets regulatory and enterprise security requirements.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product management with 5+ years in leadership roles, ideally in enterprise SaaS or UEM/Cybersecurity domains.
• Experience managing cross-platform product lines (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Linux, WearOS, VR).
• Strong understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), microservices, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and scale product teams.
• Experience working closely with enterprise customers and translating complex requirements into product features.
